Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our platform partners (like Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues beyond our control.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from Los Angeles, CA.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Melo Thread is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

IBecause every piece is handmade, all sales are final.
However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your item for unused pieces in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details

All products are subject to availability. Since we produce in small batches, items may sell out quickly. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an exchange or refund.
