Because of that, all sales are final.
We don’t accept standard returns, but we do want you to be completely happy with your order.

Exchanges

If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item for another pattern or product (depending on availability).

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Return shipping is not covered, but you’re welcome to reuse your original mailer to send it back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please let us know right away. We’ll make it right, pinky promise.

Refunds

We don’t issue refunds since each piece is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Exchanges only.
