Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handmade with care.
Scrunchies usually ship within 1–3 business days, while scrub caps and other handmade items ship within 2–4 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working on expanding!

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before your package is sent out.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is handmade, all sales are final.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes! If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Handmade & Care

Are all Melo Thread items handmade?
Absolutely. Every scrunchie, scrub cap, totes and bandana is handmade in Los Angeles, one stitch at a time.

How do I care for my Melo Thread pieces?

  • Scrunchies & caps: Machine wash cold; air dry or tumble low.

  • Accessories: Spot clean to keep them fresh. Treat them with love, and they’ll last.

How do Melo Thread donations work?
2% of every sale goes to a community cause. We donate 2% of every sale to a community cause.
Each month, our subscribers and followers get to vote on where the donation goes — because giving back is part of every stitch.

Custom & Gifts

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you’d like something special, like a unique fabric for a scrub cap or party favors, send us a message through the Contact page.

Do you offer bulk or gift orders?
Yes! Melo Thread makes thoughtful gifts for friends, teams, or events. Reach out and we’ll help you create something stitched just for them.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Add our Tied with Heart Gift Wrapping at checkout. It is complete with scented tissue, ribbon, gift box, and an optional handwritten card.
