How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is handmade with care. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working on expanding!

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your package ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is handmade, all sales are final.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes! If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Are all Melo Thread items handmade?
Absolutely — every scrunchie, scrub cap, and bandana is handmade in Los Angeles, one stitch at a time.

How do I care for my Melo Thread pieces?

• Scrunchies & caps: Machine wash cold; air dry or tumble low.

• Accessories: Spot clean to keep them fresh.
  Treat them with love, and they’ll last.
